If you’re launching something new or ready for a full redesign, Design + Ops gives you the best of both worlds: a fresh site and hands-off maintenance after launch.
Yes. You can start with Web Ops & Support and upgrade to Design + Ops at any time — your existing site credits roll into the new plan.
Both plans also come with discounted rates for both design & support. For example if you choose to enroll in the "Web Ops & Support" plan but want me to add a page to your website, that page will be at a discounted rate of $333/page.
No problem. Additional hours are billed at $50/hr or $333/page, and you’ll always approve extra work before it’s done. And trust me, I can do a lot in an hour!
Most modern, editable platforms — including Wix, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, and Framer.
If your setup’s something different (or custom), I’ll take a quick look and confirm compatibility before we start.
If you are enrolled in the Design + Ops package then on our initial call we will thoroughly go over your business needs & goals and pick a platform that sets you up for the most success.
Usually within 1–2 weeks of signing your agreement and paying the deposit.
Design + Ops projects typically take 4–6 weeks depending on revisions and scope.
• For the Web Ops & Support I strongly recommend committing for at least 3 months (or closer to 6 is SEO is a priority) to get the full benefit of the package. However with paying monthly if you decide is isn't a good fit then the plan can be cancelled if given 14 days notice.

For Design + Ops you get 2 months of post-launch support in that pricing which is recommended to work out any kinks that can come with a new business/offer. After that it is up to you if you wish to continue into the Ops & Support role.
Note, no refunds will be given on any work done unless under extreme circumstances that we discuss prior. I am incredibly easy to work with (if I do say so myself 😉) and am extremely flexible in making sure you get something you love and that benefits you. Please communicate early on if something isn't speaking to you or if a change of course needs to occur.

Yes — all plans include light on-page SEO (titles, metadata, structure).
Full keyword audits or strategy are available as an add-on.
If you’re an active client, I jump on it immediately — usually same day.
If you’re not on a plan yet, you can still request an emergency fix (hourly rates apply).
Definitely. I can oversee multiple sites under one client account — we’ll just scale the hours accordingly.
